Job summary

Dunkin' District Manager position overseeing approximately 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants. Responsible for leadership, coaching, and developing Restaurant Managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring Brand standards and guest experience across the district.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and training managers, maintaining operations, executing promotions and LTOs, and managing labor and costs while protecting cash controls and consistency across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between restaurants.
• Solid understanding of financials and cost controls.
• Guest-focused mindset with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to Dunkin Brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and operations.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty; monitor market trends.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses; review P&L.
• Set clear goals for each location; hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Brand Field Operations; lead district meetings.
