Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee up to twenty locations, focusing on achieving sales and profit budgets while leading labor management, hiring, training, and retention.

You will conduct store visits, develop improvement plans, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with Store Support Center teams including Marketing, Accounting, Payroll, and HR. Travel is daily with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years related combined education and experience.
• Prior multi-unit retail management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate standards, expectations, and professional skills to deliver a 5-star service experience to guests.
• Manage budget, including payroll, to maximize profit potential of the district and develop recovery plans as needed.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of store management and minimize turnover to retain a motivated workforce.
• Conduct routine store visits to assess, develop, and implement store improvement plans with timelines and policy adherence.
• Communicate effectively with Store Support Center teams and executive management across departments.
