Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee up to 20 store locations, driving financial results while upholding company standards.

You will recruit, train and mentor store managers and managers-in-training, ensuring top guest service and adherence to policies across the district. You will lead operations, monitor sales trends, manage budgets and safety standards, and coordinate with Corporate Office to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior management in tire/auto-related business preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, counseling and termination of teammates.
• Experience with performance reviews, discipline and investigations; accountability for results.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Staff locations (districts) effectively by hiring, training and developing store management and minimizing turnover.
• Train, develop and lead store managers and managers-in-training on operations and guest service techniques.
• Maximize sales by implementing plans, knowing services/products, and monitoring sales trends for opportunities.
• Manage budgets and capital expenses to maximize district profit; address shortcomings.
• Conduct regular store visits and hold managers accountable for goals and district performance.
