Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee up to twenty locations, driving sales and profit budgets while leading labor, hiring, training, and development of store managers.

The role demands a hands-on approach to building a motivated, professional workforce and reducing turnover. Responsibilities include routine store visits, developing improvement plans, ensuring policy compliance, and effective communication with the Store Support Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years related combined education and experience.
• Prior multi-unit retail management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate standards and deliver a 5-star service experience to guests.
• Understand and model company objectives and values.
• Manage budget, including payroll, to maximize district profit.
• Hire, train, and develop store management to minimize turnover.
• Conduct store visits and implement improvement plans while ensuring policies are followed.
• Communicate with Store Support Center teams and executives as required.
• Support direct reports with store meetings and performance assessments.
