Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee up to 20 store locations, driving operations, profitability and customer service.

In this role you will recruit, hire, train and develop store managers to achieve financial goals while upholding Monro standards and a people‑first culture. You will manage district budgets, implement sales plans, monitor performance, ensure safety/compliance, and communicate with Corporate Office to address opportunities and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior management in a tire or automotive-related business preferred.
• Experience with performance reviews, discipline, investigations and holding teammates accountable for results.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate business and financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Staff and develop store management across districts to reduce turnover.
• Train and lead store managers and trainees in operations and guest service.
• Maximize sales by implementing plans and monitoring trends.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditures for the district.
• Develop and track plans to address underperformance.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance and reporting across the district.
