Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a District Manager responsible for up to twenty locations and for achieving sales and profit budgets. The role includes labor management, hiring, training, and developing store managers to retain a motivated team.

The District Manager will conduct store visits, develop improvement plans, and ensure policy adherence while coordinating with Store Support Center and executives. Travel is daily, with occasional overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years related combined education and experience.
• Strong ability to read, understand, analyze and manage profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5-star service experience to guests.
• Manage district budget, including payroll, to maximize profit.
• Hire, train and develop store management to minimize turnover.
• Conduct routine store visits and implement improvement plans.
• Communicate with Store Support Center and other departments as needed.
• Complete Monro required training within guidelines and timing.
• Daily local travel with occasional overnight stays.
