Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the District Manageris responsible forup to twenty locations. The primary expectation of the District Manager is achieving sales and profit budgets for each location they supervise. Other responsibilities includelabormanagement, hiring, training,counselling, developing store managers, and retention.
