Job summary

Terrible's is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple convenience store locations across the district, driving sales, profitability, and adherence to company standards. You will lead multi-unit teams, manage budgeting and labor, and ensure compliance, safety, and customer service excellence across sites.

This role requires hands-on leadership, travel between stores, and mentoring store managers toward growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in multi-unit retail operations.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license is required.
• Must complete alcohol and tobacco compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and optimize district profitability.
• Ensure inventory control, shrink reduction, and adherence to procedures.
• Set and monitor district sales goals and develop action plans.
• Lead, train, and develop store managers; coach teams for performance.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, promotions, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain ADA compliance, safety standards, and audit processes.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor budgets and payroll regulations.
