Job summary

Terrible's is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple convenience store locations across the assigned district in Nevada. The role drives operational excellence, revenue growth, and adherence to company standards while guiding store teams and ensuring superior customer service.

You will oversee financial performance, marketing collaboration, staff development, compliance with alcohol/tobacco laws, and safety standards across locations, with regular travel within the district.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit retail operations; convenience store experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage scheduling, budgets, and compliance across locations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, responsible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Achieve district sales targets and operating profit goals.
• Manage inventory, shrink control, and expense reduction.
• Set and monitor short- and long-term sales goals; develop action plans.
• Hold store management accountable for cost control and compliance.
• Audit pricing, promotions, voids, and waste; identify trends.
• Investigate losses and take corrective action.
• Monitor shrink, labor, supplies, cash handling and lottery targets.
• Submit and analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to meet sales goals and promotions.
• Train and hold store teams accountable for product launches and promos.
• Motivate teams to drive sales through programs and community involvement.
• Ensure planograms and branding consistency across locations.
• Oversee promotional execution and in-store displays.
