Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Unassigned District Manager to oversee a district of 10–15 stores, drive sales, and protect brand standards. You will recruit and develop Store Managers, coach performance, and ensure consistency in merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention across locations.

Strong leadership, multi-site scheduling, and customer service focus are essential. The role requires flexibility with hours and travel to district stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits by challenging store teams and delivering district metrics.
• Partner with SSC and Store Managers to resolve business issues and opportunities.
• Ensure execution of merchandising initiatives and loss prevention standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Store Managers; participate in training and coaching.
• Evaluate store presentation, pricing accuracy, inventory and freight processes.
• Lead the district with succession planning and performance reviews.
• Promote customer loyalty through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
