Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve district financial goals including sales targets and operating profit.
• Audit pricing, promotions, voids, and waste; address concerns, reduce losses.
• Lead store managers; ensure compliance with labor budgets and company procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and product launches; manage inventory control.
• Submit and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports and drive community engagement.
