Responsibilities include managing P&L, developing talent, coordinating with management teams, and achieving weekly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience.
• Food Safety Manager Certification required.
• Strong financial and people management skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 6–8 restaurants.
• Coordinate communication and teamwork across sites.
• Improve profitability and drive revenue growth.
