Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and train General Managers across stores.
• Recruit, hire, promote, discipline General/Assistant Managers.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective action.
• Conduct store inspections and follow up on issues.
• Uphold food safety standards per Wendy’s and local departments.
• Escalate significant food safety issues to senior management.
• Set expectations and translate priorities into action plans.
• Hold GMs accountable with regular store visits.
• Most weeks spent inside stores (80-90%).
