Job summary

Fourjay seeks a District Leader to oversee the performance of multiple Wendy’s restaurants in the Little Rock area. You will work through General Managers to drive food safety, guest satisfaction, sales growth and profitability.

You will recruit, train and retain leaders, inspect stores, enforce standards and communicate priorities. Expect 80–90% of your time inside stores, guiding teams and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, coach, and train General Managers.
• Recruit, interview, hire and promote store leadership.
• Monitor stores’ performance and take corrective action.
• Inspect stores and document findings.
• Enforce food safety standards and report hazards.
• Communicate priorities and translate into action plans.
• Spend 80–90% of time inside stores supporting teams.
