Job summary

FOURJAY LLC seeks a District Leader to oversee multiple Wendy’s locations in the Little Rock area. You will guide General Managers, hire and coach leadership, and drive store-level performance across food safety, staffing, guest experience, and profitability.

Expect to spend 80–90% of time in stores, coordinating with store leaders to implement company priorities, monitor metrics, and enforce standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business memos and documents
• Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills
• Ability to perform arithmetic and interpret fractions, percentages, and ratios
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations
• Proficient in Word and Excel; comfortable learning other software
• Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, coach, and train General Managers
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate General Managers and Assistant Managers
• Monitor each store’s operational and financial performance and take corrective action
• Perform regular inspections on stores, document findings, and follow up
• Ensure restaurant activities meet food safety standards
• Address food safety issues with leadership and report hazards
• Set and communicate company priorities to stores and translate into action plans
• Visit stores to ensure standards and correct problems
