Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and coaching skills to manage multiple General Managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present memos and reports clearly.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer software including Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train General Managers across assigned Wendy’s restaurants.
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, and discipline store leaders per company policies.
• Monitor store performance; implement corrective actions to achieve goals in safety, sales, and costs.
• Conduct regular store inspections; document findings and follow up on issues.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and reported to senior management.
