Job summary

Brew Horizons is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple 7 Brew stand locations, ensuring operational excellence and brand integrity across the district.

You will coach Stand Managers, drive performance, and maintain safety and quality standards while building a strong team and culture in a fast-paced environment. Travel between stands is required, with a focus on profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably in high-volume drive-thru, retail, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently with assigned market.
• Ability to travel independently between stand locations.
• Valid Serv Safe Certificate or ability to attain one within 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation across multiple 7 Brew stand locations within a defined district.
• Provide coaching and support to Stand Managers and teams.
• Ensure alignment with company standards, procedures, and brand expectations.
• Monitor KPI’s (staffing, labor cost controls, guest experience, inventory, ticket times, profitability).
• Champion the 7 Brew culture of speed, quality and service.
