Job summary

7 Brew and Brew Horizons seek a District Manager to oversee multiple drive-thru stands, coaching Stand Managers and ensuring peak performance. You will drive operational excellence, verify safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain brand standards across locations.

The role requires frequent travel between stands, strong leadership, and the ability to manage labor costs, guest experience, and training programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably in high-volume drive-thru, retail, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently with assigned market.
• Valid Serv Safe Certificate or ability to attain one within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple stand locations to ensure alignment with company standards and brand expectations.
• Coach Stand Managers on performance, operational execution, and team leadership.
• Monitor adherence to safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Stand Managers meet KPIs: staffing, labor, guest experience, profitability, training.
