Job summary

Goodfellas Pizzeria seeks a Corporate Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations across multiple units, shaping strategy, standards, and execution to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.

You will develop programs, train staff, manage budgets, partner with Marketing, and ensure consistent quality, innovation, and brand alignment across markets. This role requires strong multi-unit leadership, attention to detail, and travel to oversee several markets.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer; ability to design innovative beverage programs.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and execute events and promos.
• Excellent personnel management to hire, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage staff and guests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the beverage departments across all units to meet financial and operational targets.
• Oversee development and training programs, including Mixologist Training and bar manager education.
• Analyze performance, manage budgets and inventories, and negotiate with vendors for quality and cost.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and maintain high guest satisfaction across all markets.
• Coordinate with Marketing to promote beverage offerings and seasonal menus; drive sales and brand visibility.
• Work with HR to recruit, interview, and hire top beverage talent.
