Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to direct restaurant operations and develop teams. You will oversee budgeting, cost controls, and guest service excellence to maximize profitability while maintaining high industry standards.

The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in progressive F&B management, including multi-unit experience. Local policy-based benefits and a strong guest-centric culture are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
Five years progressive Food & Beverage management experience, including three years directing a multi-unit operation.
Must be 21 years of age.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
Knowledge of all phases of Food & Beverage administration, cost control and familiarity with all food and beverage services.

Direct the Restaurants and develop people to deliver exceptional service and value.

Communicate effectively across departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal controls, and company policies.
