Highgate Hotels is seeking a Complex Director of Beverage in New York to lead the Food & Beverage operations across outlets, driving profitability and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting near Times Square.

You will coach managers, partner with Sales on events, and ensure high service standards while maintaining budgets and staffing levels. Strong leadership, analytics, and a guest‑first attitude are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a similar size operation.
• Luxury/lifestyle hotel/resort background required.
• Pre-opening experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to customers and colleagues.
• Service oriented with strong multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of F&B operations and health & safety standards.
• Motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability of the F&B department and control costs.
• Collaborate with managers to create revenue opportunities through activations and concept refreshes.
• Work with Sales on marketing, events, and catering opportunities to grow income.
• Maintain beverage service standards to meet guest expectations.
• Lead managers in training, coaching, and HR partnership.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct monthly F&B meetings and daily briefings with outlets.
• Identify talents for future growth within the team.
