Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a high‑caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations and drive operational turnaround across a market. You will lead store teams, uphold quality, service, and safety standards, and partner with a multi‑unit leadership team to implement structured growth.

This full‑time role requires daily travel to assigned stores, a proven track record in multi‑unit leadership, and a drive to develop people and improve performance in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit or store-level leadership experience in quick-service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.
• Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership, support, and oversight.
