Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Area Coach to lead approximately 6-9 restaurants within a market. You will coach RGMs, strengthen leadership teams, and drive operational excellence across locations with regular travel and field leadership.

The role emphasizes developing talent, solving operational challenges, and delivering consistent business results through accountability and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership with P&L accountability.
• Experience leading multiple units preferred.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations and maintain hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 6–9 restaurant leadership teams within a market.
• Travel between restaurants to coach in the field.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, and guest satisfaction across the area.
• Identify opportunities for improvement during regular restaurant visits.
• Partner with leaders to create action plans and develop talent.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and development of leaders.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety across all locations.
