Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Area Coach to lead and coach 6-9 restaurant leadership teams within a market. You will be hands-on in the field, traveling between locations to drive performance and develop staff.

You will partner with leaders to improve sales, labor, guest experience, and profitability while ensuring brand standards and food safety. A strong track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful restaurant leadership experience with direct operational accountability.
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred and proven ability to coach leaders.
• Strong business acumen including labor, profitability, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach approximately 6-9 restaurant leadership teams within your market, traveling regularly.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor performance, and overall business results across the area.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to coach, reinforce standards, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to create action plans that improve operations, guest satisfaction, and engagement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and development of restaurant leadership talent.
• Use performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Hold leaders accountable for goals while providing coaching and support.
• Ensure restaurants consistently execute brand standards and food safety practices.
