Honey Homes in Los Angeles is hiring experienced residential remodelers to lead multi-day projects. You will bring carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills to execute the scoped work on homes that are already sold and scheduled.

The project lead sets the plan; you deliver a high standard with on-site autonomy, clear communication, and professional finish. This full-time W-2 role includes benefits, equity in the business, a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Self-sufficient on site with ability to execute scope without hand-holding.
• Strong customer skills for working in members' homes.
• Willingness to travel between Los Angeles area projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on large residential projects: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting.
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and basic wiring tasks.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps.
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing.
• Be the face of Honey Homes on site with clear communication and professional demeanor.
