Job summary

ARI Apartment Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our community in Ladson, SC. You will handle resident requests, perform routine maintenance, and prepare vacant units for market-ready status while representing the company professionally.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-call. We offer paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred, or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to work on-call rotations, including after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs.
• Represent ARI Apartment Management professionally and coordinate with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
