Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and work with teams to uphold service and operational standards.

You will travel locally to support nearby stores, ensuring safety, compliance, and a positive customer experience. A strong background in leadership and customer service will help you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to meet goals.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
