Job summary

Sheetz in Virginia is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across districts, traveling between stores to drive performance and guest experiences. This role supports a fast-growing store network with defined schedules, including every other weekend off, and offers substantial opportunities for career growth.

As a supervisor, you will mentor teams, uphold performance standards, and coordinate with store leadership to deliver excellent service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical tasks; lift up to 20 lb and assist with up to 40 lb with a teammate.
• At least 18 years old; Virginia law may require 21+ for specific tasks.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks while upholding service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment per regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
