Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the Fredericksburg, VA district. You will drive store success by delegating tasks, mentoring Team Members, and ensuring high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team or coordinating staff.
• Able to multitask while performing physical duties.
• Willing to travel locally to support nearby stores (up to 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to maintain standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards and deliver customer-focused service.
• Maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
