Job summary

Sheetz, Inc in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple locations. You will rotate between stores, delegate tasks, mentor staff, and uphold our customer-focused standards.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching) with occasional lifting up to 20 lb; up to 40 lb with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
