Rebel Convenience Stores in South El Monte, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead one location with pride and purpose. For over 30 years we’ve built a family‑owned brand focused on community, service, and a welcoming place for customers and employees.

You’ll inspire a team, elevate the customer experience, manage operations, and execute strategies to maximize performance. The role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Competenze

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
