Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 20 mile radius of Lansing, MI, including Store #1263 at 1405 Keystone Avenue. You will help commercial paint customers, answer questions, and recommend right solutions to meet their needs while supporting store sales.

Key duties include delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing paints, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and maintain inventory control; maintain clean store equipment and areas.
