Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 15‑mile radius of Grand Blanc, MI. You will help customers find the right products, answer questions, and drive store sales while maintaining high visual standards.

The role involves in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions, and keeping displays and stock organized. Lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional 70 lbs is required; evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
