Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support stores within 20 miles of Store #1026. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include helping customers in person and by phone, stocking displays, handling transactions, and maintaining product knowledge to meet sales goals. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
