Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations within a 15-mile radius of Beaumont, TX. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to maximize satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Able to work evenings and weekends.
Internal Sherwin-Williams rating on last performance appraisal must be at least meets expectations.
Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and sales.
Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and propose products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals.
Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
Assist in deliveries and load/unload trucks.
