Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist store customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will handle sales transactions, tinting, stocking, and deliveries, while delivering excellent service across the 15-mile radius of Pearland stores.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, may speak additional languages, and are able to lift up to 70 lbs. Some evenings/weekends may be required, and license and legal work authorization are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries.
