Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Lighting Coordinator to manage lighting repair operations across our retail footprint. This role coordinates repairs, defines scope, reviews costs, and collaborates with stores and vendors to resolve lighting issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with contractors and Microsoft Office, including Excel. Local candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Lighting, facilities coordination, construction coordination or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, investigative and organizational skills.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign retail lighting repair work across multiple store locations.
• Review lighting-related service requests and determine repair scope and requirements.
• Communicate with store personnel, contractors, landlords, and vendors regarding lighting issues and repairs.
• Solicit, review, and compare vendor estimates and repair quotes.
• Monitor repair costs, materials, and vendor performance to ensure efficient project completion.
• Track repair progress and follow up to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain records of repairs, invoices, costs, and service documentation.
• Assist in identifying recurring lighting issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
