Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Regional Visual Merchandiser to lead showroom resets, new openings, and gallery installations across multiple locations.

You will manage a team of installers and electricians and ensure products are installed according to planograms and VM guidelines, coordinating travel and schedule with senior leadership. The role requires 5 years in Visual Merchandising, multi-store experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Visual Merchandising required.
• Experience in interior design, home furnishings, or lighting industry preferred.
• Multi-store experience required.
• BA degree preferred, or equivalent working experience.
• Ability to read construction/layout diagrams required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safely use small hand tools, light duty power tools, and other electrical equipment.
• Comfortable with electrical wiring.
• Maturity in judgement, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to schedule as directed by manager.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow planogram directives and install new product per VM guidelines.
• Lead a team of 3rd party installers and electricians.
• Patch and paint millwork for showroom readiness.
• Verify incoming shipments match fixtures.
• Collaborate with VM team to replace or refixture items.
• Plan and lead installation across multiple stores per planogram.
• Develop regional team of 3rd party installers for ongoing work.
• Install vinyl text/logos for product or designers.
• Adhere to new creative guidelines when provided.
• Complete projects within established timelines.
