SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Concord, NC corporate team. The role focuses on coordinating retail property maintenance and repairs, vetting requests, and driving timely, high-quality resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, vet, and prioritize maintenance and repair calls.

• Alert Regional and District Managers as required.
• Review estimates and compare quotes from vendors.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, contractors, tenants, and landlords.
• Document issues and actions in a shared log; oversee vendor work.

What You Should Know

The Maintenance Coordinator is an essential member of our team, serving as the first point of contact for retail property maintenance and repair needs. In this role, you will assess incoming requests, determine the best course of action, and coordinate with vendors, store teams, and managers to ensure timely, high-quality resolution. You will keep accurate, clear records of each issue from start to finish, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What You Will Do

Receive, vet, and prioritize maintenance and repair calls. Determine if vendor services are required; contact local vendors for pricing and scheduling. Alert Regional and District Managers as needed. Review estimates, solicit and compare multiple quotes. Coordinate with Store Operations, contractors, tenants, and the Landlord team. Clearly document issues, conversations, and actions in a shared log. Assign and oversee vendor work, ensuring completion and quality.
