Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Concord, NC corporate team. The role focuses on coordinating retail property maintenance and repairs, vetting requests, and driving timely, high-quality resolutions.

You will track issues from start to finish while communicating with stores, vendors, and management in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will manage 50-75 issues daily, possess strong organizational and vendor-management skills, and have

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize maintenance requests.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volume of issues with accuracy.
• Clear communication and conflict management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience working with vendors, negotiating pricing, and ensuring quality.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Receive, vet, and prioritize maintenance and repair calls.
• Contact local vendors for pricing and scheduling as needed.
• Alert Regional and District Managers as required.
• Review estimates and compare quotes from vendors.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, contractors, tenants, and landlords.
• Document issues and actions in a shared log; oversee vendor work.
