Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, and keep maintenance across multiple supermarket locations running smoothly. You will serve as the central communication hub between stores, service providers, and facility management to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of dispatching, customer service, facilities management, or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in retail or facilities environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests from supermarket locations.
• Create and assign work orders through Corrigo.
• Monitor open work orders and ensure timely completion per SLAs.
• Track emergency service calls and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Verify accurate problem descriptions and store information before dispatching.
