Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service requests, dispatch technicians, and coordinate maintenance across multiple supermarket locations in North Carolina. You will serve as the communication hub among stores, service providers, and facility management to ensure rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders in Corrigo, coordinating refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work, and providing store updates on status and ETA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of dispatching, customer service, facilities management, or maintenance coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in a retail, supermarket, or facilities environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing service requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Management: receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests.
• Technician and Vendor Coordination: schedule and dispatch technicians and external contractors across locations.
• Store Support: act as primary point of contact for store management and provide updates on work order status and repair progress.
• Administrative Responsibilities: review work orders for completeness, coding, and documentation, and generate service reports.
