Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across stores in your district. You’ll rotate between locations, delegate tasks, mentor team members, and uphold exceptional customer service and store standards.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, ability to multitask, and willingness to travel up to 30 miles daily. The role offers a competitive pay, benefits package, and a $1.50/hr night-shift differential for hours 10pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical activities while maintaining standards.
• Age 18+ (Virginia requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or with collaborative goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members and upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
