Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class retail experience. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory and labor, and promote MINISO’s membership program for loyalty and growth.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, uphold standards, and collaborate with HR on performance and scheduling. The role requires flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; upbeat store presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team and report to the Area Manager.
• Uphold customer service, merchandising standards and procedures.
• Drive sales performance and manage labor, inventory and expenses.
• Promote and grow the store's membership program and loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure cash handling and store safety; maintain clean stores.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and scheduling.
• Travel to other locations as needed to support business.
