OKCARZ is seeking a motivated Floating Manager to support multiple Florida locations, oversee store operations, guide sales teams, and drive customer satisfaction. This role offers growth toward becoming a store manager at one of our dealerships.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in automotive sales/finance, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. The position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and adherence to company policies across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in automotive setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple locations, supervise staff, and drive sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Fully managing the store while covering for the store manager.
• Assisting the sales team with customer applications and approvals.
• Guiding guests in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
• Structuring deals, completing paperwork, and finalizing sales.
• Managing and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
• Leading sales meetings and training sessions.
• Coaching and developing staff for continuous improvement.
• Overseeing CRM lead distribution, follow-up, and audits.
• Ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Handling cash transactions and providing home office support.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
