PARC Auto is seeking a Floating Store Manager to lead operations across several Tampa-area stores. This development role includes promoting strong sales, staff development and exceptional customer service while traveling between locations.

You will supervise operations, coach teams, and implement busy-store strategies to meet targets. A passion for automotive service and proven management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in automotive service or retail management.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with staff and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Float 3 days per week covering stores during manager PTO or as needed.
• Home store 2 days per week as Assistant Manager supporting operations and team development.
• Lead with impact: motivate teams, uphold standards, ensure consistent service.
• Drive sales: prepare estimates, advise on repairs, execute plans to meet goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory and daily operations; maintain clean, safe environments.
