Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12-14 stores, lead staffing, training, and supervision of Store Leaders, and drive store performance in a multi-unit environment.

You will work through a foundational training pathway, develop leadership capabilities, and prepare for expanded district responsibilities with focus on merchandising, cash control, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional operations management experience.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task, stay self-motivated, and manage large teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• A focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
• Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management.
