• Set-up and preparation of items for one kitchen station (sauté, grill, cold foods, pastry) following ADC approved prep lists and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station, kitchen, walk-in, freezer, and reach-in at all times.
• Communicate with supervisor about product requirements and stock levels.
• Assist others after duties to promote teamwork.
• Assist cleaning staff as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
