Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience required.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple entities preferred.
• Paycom experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour requirements, and payroll compliance.
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle payroll processing for multiple companies.
• Processing payroll for employees across multiple states.
• Reviewing payroll data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies prior to processing.
• Maintaining employee payroll records and system updates.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assisting with payroll audits and reporting requests.
• Partnering with HR, Accounting, and local management teams to support payroll accuracy.
• Responding to employee payroll questions with professionalism and discretion.
