We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our growing organization in the Franklin, TN area. This is a highly trusted position responsible for processing payroll across multiple companies and multiple states. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage payroll operations, navigate varying state requirements, and deliver exceptional attention to detail while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

This position will be full-time, in our office located in Franklin, TN.

What You'll Do

• Full-cycle payroll processing for multiple companies
• Processing payroll for employees across multiple states

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 3-5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Multi-state payroll experience required
• Experience processing payroll for multiple entities preferred
• Experience with Paycom preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour requirements, and payroll compliance
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
• Strong communication skills and professional judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
